(), CBRE (CBG), promoted Mike Lafitte to the position of global president.
Founded in 2006, the Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company specializes in providing market data, econometric forecasting and business strategies for investors and occupiers around the world.
Lafitte, who formerly served as the company’s president of the Americas, will now be responsible for oversight of all of CBRE’s global service-company operations.
Before his juncture at CBRE, the Dallas commercial real estate executive acted as president of Institutional & Corporate Services, and even prior to that, Lafitte served as president of global services for Trammell Crow Company.
The Texas-licensed real estate broker graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor’s in business administration and received his Master’s from the Southern Methodist University.
