Carrington rebrands units to reflect one-stop shop approach

Carrington Holding Co. promotes the firm as a diversified real estate company with default, home inspection, investment, real estate and title solutions among others operating under one roof.

To reflect this business model, the company is renaming several business units to capitalize on the Carrington brand and better communicate the company’s ability to offer a variety of services to clients.

The company’s rebranding efforts will result in the real estate brokerage Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate operating as Carrington Real Estate Services. In addition, Atlantic & Pacific Foreclosure Services and Atlantic & Pacific Document Services will operate as Carrington Foreclosure Services and Carrington Document Services.

Debt resolution firm Compass Resolution Solutions will become Carrington Resolution Services and White Van Real Estate Services will now operate as Carrington Home Solutions.

Carrington also announced the renaming of business units housed under the Telsi brand. Telsi Real Estate Solutions and Telsi Escrow will soon operate as Carrington Title Services and Carrington Escrow Inc.

“After years of serving a diverse customer base, we’ve grown to understand the power of our integrated business model and have come to realize that the best way to strengthen the Carrington brand was inevitably to simplify things,” said Bruce Rose, Carrington Holding Company founder and CEO.

“Now all of our businesses can leverage the Carrington name and more clearly communicate what we believe is a unique model in our industry. Carrington is the only company that covers virtually every aspect of single family real estate transactions – investments in U.S. real estate and mortgage markets, loan origination and servicing, asset management and property preservation, real estate sales and rental, title and escrow services.”
