A group of bulk buyers who acquired 5,100 South Florida condos in coastal markets have resold 64% of those properties, according to a report from CondoVultures.com.

In the past three months, the bulk owners have resold about 3,250 condos located in the Florida counties of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.

The properties sold at an average price of $340 per square foot, a 21% premium from the average bulk condo purchase price of $282 per square foot.
