BofAML sued for failure to buy back thousands of loans

Bank of America Merill Lynch (BAC) was sued by a trust for allegedly failing to buy back loans as required by agreements reached in 2007, according to a New York Supreme Court filing. 

The trust is seeking more than $309 million in damages for alleged breaches of representation and warranties related to the sale of more than 5,000 mortgages.
