Back in 1991, Stanley Kroenke and Michael Staenberg co-founded THF Realty, which stands for “To Have Fun.” But after spending the better part of two decades building a massive shopping center empire, no one’s having fun anymore, according to Forbes.
According to Brian Solomon, Kroenke filed three lawsuits against Staenberg in St. Louis County Circuit Court. The legal battle comes after engaging in a nearly yearlong split in which billionaire Kroenke sought to buy out his partner’s interest in the company to the tune of $110 million so far.
