Barclays’ mortgage arm Woolwich has today launched a market-leading 90% loan-to-value mortgage deal for borrowers buying a new property from UK homebuilder Bovis Homes. The deal is a two-year fixed rate at 4.99%, with a £999 (US$1,455) fee, which then reverts to a lifetime tracker of bank base rate plus 2.49%.
