1st Reverse Mortgage USA, a division of Cherry Creek Mortgage Company, announced the hiring of Sarah Hulbert as Retail Business Development Manager.  The company announced that Hulbert will be responsible for overseeing the growth and development of retail business for the company.

Prior to joining 1st Reverse Mortgage USA, Hulbert was Senior Vice President for Reverse Mortgages at Seattle Mortgage Company.  According to 1st Reverse Vice President, Dan Harder, Hulbert's experience and philosophy of education first based customer service is ideally matched to the company's business model.

Hulbert brings over 18 years of reverse mortgage experience to 1st Reverse Mortgage USA and has been an active advocate for the industry.  In addition to Seattle Mortgage, she has held senior level positions with Senior Financial Corporation and Everbank Reverse Mortgage, LLC.

According to data from Reverse Market Insight, 1st Reverse Mortgage USA ranked 29th in overall reverse mortgage endorsement volume in 2010, with 55 percent of their volume from retail production and 45 percent from wholesale.
