National mortgage lender Waterstone Mortgage promoted Lisa Fenske to senior vice president of marketing and communications.

Fenske holds five years of experience working for Waterstone Mortgage, during which time she worked to develop the growth of the marketing department, which she managed for the past three years. Some of her contributions include corporate office relocation and build-out, preparation for major industry regulatory changes and sales conference and management.

“Lisa has been an invaluable asset to Waterstone Mortgage throughout her career here,” said Eric Egenhoefer, Waterstone Mortgage president and CEO. “I am thrilled to have Lisa join the executive management team.”

Some of Fenske’s new responsibilities include the development of strategic marketing and communications initiatives and continuing to lead the corporate support and customer service departments. Fenske will also manage company-wide projects and will develop a new training infrastructure for the company.

Fenske brings a total of 20 years of experience in marketing and communications to her new position.
