Kaitlyn Kopa began her career in 2008 as a document scanner, shortly before the housing crash. Since then, she has overcome many obstacles to not only master every task assigned to her, but becoming a subject matter expert as well.
In 2015, Kopa accepted the opportunity to learn a new business line within the company and was challenged to grow both the product and the team within ServiceLink’s REO department. Throughout the last 12 months, she has not only learned everything from the ground up, but also has played a key role in onboarding new clients and improving performance with existing clients.
Her hard work has led to her recent promotion to director – the youngest director within the business line. She has played a pivotal role in tripling the size of the department and training the team, all while continuing to maintain her customer service excellence.
