Scott Loddeke revamped Stearns Lending’s correspondent lending process to allow for better quality and controls, while improving the ease of use for its lenders. He began implementation of the new correspondent LOS, and has increased loans per FTE and reduced cost per loan in both the correspondent and wholesale business lines.
Recently, Loddeke created and implemented a new process flow for the wholesale operations team that drives improved customer service.
As part of his focus on spreading Stearns’ cultural message, Loddeke has implemented a new process that drives a single point of contact for its brokers. Whatever team he is a part of, Loddeke implements processes that drive inclusion.
He set up monthly all wholesale operations meetings that not only cover results and goals, but also recognize numerous team members for strong performance and dedication. When possible, he likes to promote and grow from within, so much so that he has revamped certain roles to get people ready for the next step in their careers.
