First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation, a corporation providing residential mortgage lending services, hired Joaquin Torre as senior director of Capital Markets.

Torre brings over 20 years of experience in mortgage pipeline hedging, margin and price optimization, revenue enhancing strategies and capital markets management to the company.

Before joining FGMC, Torre worked as senior director of capital markets home loans for Capital One Home Loans, as senior manager for PwC, senior vice president and pricing strategy manager for Bank of America, and ran secondary marketing for various regional mortgage lenders.
