Nicole Allison has been in the industry for five years and has won Caliber Home Loans’ Circle of Excellence sales award every year. Allison took her first mortgage industry position in order to work her way through law school and started in the company’s post-closing department. She eventually transitioned to a set-up and quality-control position, where she was drawn to the level of detail needed to get each loan closed.
After a short time, Allison realized she loved helping homeowners achieve the American Dream and decided to leave law school to commit herself to a career in the mortgage industry. In 2011 Allison was recognized as the rookie of the year and has grown business by more than 23% year over year. She has been in the top 5% for customer service satisfaction, with 97.2% of her clients saying they would refer her to friends and family members.

“If you are not taking care of the customer then someone else will.” I try to always keep this in mind because I truly believe that if my clients are happy then they will be clients for life.
