The biggest obstacle I had to overcome in this industry was the complacency mindset. Complacency hurts the ability to innovate, which is what I came here to do. Most don’t have vision to see how different things can be, only what they are. I don’t want to improve broken processes; I want to reimagine the entire mortgage experience.
