Collateral Analytics appointed Robert Walker to senior vice president of customer retention and acquisition technologies, where he will drive the utilization and adoption of the company’s progressive customer retention and acquisition technologies.

“Rob is uniquely qualified for this task as he spent much of his career working on the marketing elements and derivative uses of AVM technology,” said Michael Sklarz, chairman and chief executive officer of Collateral Analytics. “His innovation and comprehensive knowledge will be a great fit for our company.”

Prior to joining Collateral Analytics, Walker led a team at Lender Processing Services that developed Realtor Valuation Model for the National Association of Realtors.
