Company is 'excellent fit' for growing investment group

ARMA Acquisition, an international investment group managing a portfolio of complementary service providers to the financial services, real estate and legal services industries, announced the acquisition of C2C Title Services, a nationwide provider of title information products and related services to the mortgage, legal, financial and underwriter communities.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, Jeremy Harmon, the founder of C2C Title Services, will remain president with direct oversight of the business.

“ARMA continues to execute on our commitment to invest in companies that provide a complementary suite of solution offerings, creating sustainable value for our diversified client base,” Scott Brinkley, CEO of ARMA, said.

“C2C Title Services is an excellent fit for our portfolio. Jeremy’s trustworthiness and client-centered focus has helped build a company known for quick turn-around with high quality results,” Brinkley continued. “We are excited to work with the entire C2C team and look forward to supporting their continued growth.”

C2C Title Services will continue to provide title services, customizable property reports and document retrieval services; newly expanded service offerings to include liability solutions, HOA lien verifications and lien monitoring, the companies said in a release.

“Our new partnership with ARMA, along with their portfolio of other leading service providers, will allow us to enhance our products and expand within the legal and mortgage servicing marketplace,” Harmon said. “We appreciate the advantages of being part of this larger organization and look forward to working with the ARMA leadership team.”
