Dotloop, a Cincinnati-based company that boasts it can simplify real estate transactions by enabling brokerages, real estate agents, and their clients to share, edit, sign and store documents digitally, announced a partnership with Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies, a provider of residential real estate solutions and services in North America.
As part of the partnership, Dotloop, which is owned and operated by Zillow Group, will integrate its products, including Business+, Business, and Teams, into Lone Wolf's Complete Enterprise Solution, including its back office management solution, brokerWOLF.
According to a release from Dotloop, the integration will allow real estate brokers “seamlessly transfer” their information directly to Lone Wolf's Complete Enterprise Solution, which the company said will eliminate duplicate data entry and save time while minimizing errors.
The release states that data such as transaction type, purchase price and commission can now be transferred between the two platforms allowing data entered by Dotloop users to be integrated into Lone Wolf solutions.
"We are excited to announce our integration partnership with Lone Wolf is live, allowing our mutual customers to further streamline their businesses," said Austin Allison, founder of dotloop.
"While this is the beginning of what we hope to be a long relationship with Lone Wolf, we are most excited about the immediate impact that this integration will have for our customers who want to spend their time on peoplework and not paperwork," Allison added.
