Stonegate Mortgage Corporation, a mortgage company focused on originating, financing and servicing U.S. residential mortgage loans, announced earlier this week that Timothy Verinder joined the company as southwest regional manager.

In this role, Verinder will lead the Southwest Region’s third party origination sales team, selling products in all three TPO channels-broker, non-delegated and bulk mandatory.

"As Stonegate Mortgage strives to be the lender of choice in the TPO channel, Tim Verinder will bring a fresh perspective and critical leadership skills to the company and our originations business,” Steve Landes, Stonegate Mortgages’s national director of sales said.

Verinder brings more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry to his position at Stonegate.

Most recently, he worked as regional vice president, TPO sales manager at ResMac. Previously, Verinder served as vice president, TPO sales manager at Flagstar Bank and as an account executive in Bank of America's wholesale mortgage channel.
