The Real Estate industry currently sits down 1.5% versus the S&P 500, which is down 0.8%. On the negative front, top decliners within the industry include NorthStar Asset Management Group, down 7.2%, Santander Consumer USA Holdings, down 5.7%, New Residential Investment, down 5.2%, Ally Financial, down 5.0% and Howard Hughes, down 4.2%.
