Castle & Cooke Mortgage, an independent mortgage lender, announced the addition of Jeff Norton as the company’s new director of human resources. In this role, Norton is responsible for overseeing the employee experience, developing talent and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation that will drive sustainable business growth, the company said in a release.
Norton brings more than 20 years of human resources experience to Castle & Cooke Mortgage. Prior to joining the company, he served as senior director of human resources and recruiting for Extra Space Storage, a publicly traded real estate investment trust with more than $500 million in annual sales.
Earlier in his career, Norton also worked for 3Com, ADP and Deseret Book.
