It appears as though despite media reports including HousingWire, there will not be a decision announced today from the Supreme Court of the United States on whether it is within the bounds of the Fair Housing Act to employ the legally questionable doctrine of “disparate impact.”

The case in question is Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs v. The Inclusive Communities Project, Inc.

The decision was expected today, but court analysts are now saying that it looks like it may be another week.
