Allen Lavelle and Brandon O’Briant join appraisal management company

SWBC Lending Solutions announced the additions of two new vice presidents, Allen Lavelle as vice president of commercial/residential appraisal management and Brandon O’Briant as vice president of business development.

He will also be responsible for ensuring valuation products are prepared in compliance with all regulatory and industry standards.

Prior to joining SWBC, Allen worked for the Banc of California as chief appraiser. He brings more than 37 years of appraisal valuation and consulting experience in owning and operating his own commercial real estate appraisal and consulting business to SWBC.

“It was important to find someone with Allen’s breadth of knowledge and experience in order to further enhance our reputation as one of the top quality appraisal management companies in our industry,” said Chuck Mureddu, senior vice president, chief valuation officer.

In his role, O’Briant (pictured below) will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives for business development in valuation-centric and settlement services products.

O’Briant joins SWBC with more than 16 years of residential valuation experience, including sales, appraisal, and valuation management.

O’Briant brings experience from business development for several appraisal management companies as analyst and valuation director for capital markets securitization for Goldman Sachs and New Century Capital. Most recently, he served as valuation business analytics manager for Fannie Mae.
