Parkside Lending, a national wholesale and correspondent lender, announced the addition of two industry veterans as part of the company’s “continued, substantial growth.”

Robin Gilmore (pictured above) will be joining Parkside as executive vice president of operational strategy. In this role, Gilmore will oversee the build-out of infrastructure and tools needed for the company's expansion, Parkside said in a release.

Gilmore brings more than 23 years of experience in the industry to her position at Parkside. Prior to joining Parkside, Gilmore spent time with Kinecta, LoanDepot, Fannie Mae, and Countrywide.

"I joined Parkside because of their commitment to the wholesale space, agility, innovative technology, and plan for expansion," Gilmore said. "The deciding factor, though, was the CEO's energy and commitment to Parkside."

Additionally, Parkside added Joann Berger (pictured right) as underwriting manager. Berger brings 33 years of experience in the lending business to Parkside, including work in underwriting, collections, escrow accounts, closings, regional training, sales and risk management.
