Shana Lakso joins LenderLive as executive vice president

Honored in 2013 as HousingWire Woman of Influence

LenderLive Network, a provider of end-to-end mortgage services, announced the addition of Shana Lakso as the company’s new executive vice president of operations and client management for mortgage services.

In this position, Lakso will be responsible for “executing the company’s long-term strategy to provide end-to-end, seamless, private-label mortgage solutions to clients,” the company said in a statement.

Lakso joins LenderLive from Equator, where she was senior vice president of client management and operations. While at Equator, Lakso helped their largest client ever, Fannie Mae, go live on the Equator platform in the first quarter of 2013. Lakso was key to onboarding another massive client, Chase.

Due to those contributions and more, Lakso was named a HousingWire Woman of Influence in 2013.

Prior to her time at Equator, Lakso served as the first vice president of financial operations at Financial Freedom; vice president of sales and operations at Option One Mortgage; co-founder and senior vice president at City Mortgage Services; and senior vice president at Prime Financial.

“LenderLive’s goal is to give our clients more value and flexibility via seamless, exceptional operations and client experiences across our private-label mortgage services (outsource services, correspondent lending and loan servicing),” Dave Vida, the president of LenderLive mortgage services division, said.

“In some cases, this means providing clients a correspondent relationship along with co-branded servicing; in others, we enable clients to offer mortgages via our turnkey solution that includes complete outsource fulfillment,” Vida added.

“Shana’s knowledge and experience will be essential as we enhance and shape our offerings to continue serving our clients’ evolving needs.”
