Looking for New York City apartments just got easier

Revaluate website's interactive apartment map details costs, risks

Revaluate, a startup real estate website, has released its No Fee NYC Apartment Map Search as part of its website redesign.

The website is geared toward providing in-depth detail of apartments in New York City through an interactive process. Using the new map search tool, users can view apartments in specific areas of New York without having to pay fees for a broker.

"We’ve been around the real estate industry for a lot of years between us, and we’ve gotta say that we’re well and truly floored by what we’ve got here,” said Chris Drayer, one of Revaluate’s three co-founders, in a press release.

If the user wants to see more detail about any one of the specific apartment buildings, Revaluate provides information on potential safety hazards, crime in the area, utility prices, noise issues, and an interactive view of the neighborhood via Google Maps.

Furthermore, the website enables users to compare apartments and receive notifications if there are any new alerts about the apartment or neighborhood.

Each apartment building is given an overall score based on quality, expenses, environment and safety. Each category also features records related to any incidents in the apartment or the neighborhood.
