Zillow (Z) is still riding high on its traffic growth, posting 41% growth from November 2013 to November 2014.

November’s traffic of 74.3 million unique users was actually down about 10% from October’s 82.32 million, but that’s a function of seasonal slowdown.

The traffic measure includes both mobile apps and the company’s website.

For the third quarter, traffic was up 41% from 3Q13.
