Avenue 365 Lender Services named Len Franco as the company’s new senior vice president, national sales.
In his new role, Franco will be responsible for long-term strategic planning and management of Avenue 365’s national and regional account executives.
Franco will also focus on increasing performance metrics and growing relationships with Avenue 365’s existing clients. Franco has also been tasked with securing Avenue 365’s position as the preferred national title insurance and settlement services provider among national and regional clients. The company also expects that Franco, as the new leader of the business development team, to significantly grow this team over the next year.

Franco brings more than 25 years of experience in the title insurance and real estate information services business to Avenue 365. Prior to joining Avenue 365, Franco spent the past six years with LenderLive Settlement and Stewart Lender Services as senior vice president, national sales manager. Earlier in his career, Franco also held a national sales management role with First American for more than 10 years.
