Mortgage Contracting Services adds to operations management team

Mortgage Contracting Services has named Jeff Thompson as the company’s new vice president of operations and Dan Hoeh as assistant vice president of operations for the company’s Ruston, Louisiana, operations center.

Thompson (pictured above) will manage the Ruston center’s client service team, and have oversight of recruiting, training and community relations. Thompson joins MCS from 21st Mortgage Corporation in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he worked as a senior credit manager.

“Not only does Jeff bring us 20 years of industry experience, but we are also excited to provide an opportunity to a Lincoln Parish native and Louisiana Tech graduate to lead our Ruston team,” said MCS CEO Caroline Reaves. “As we grow our Ruston division, we need someone with his skill set and experience, but also a love of Ruston and the incredible people who live and work here.”Dan Hoeh MCS

Hoeh (pictured right) will be responsible for monitoring team productivity and working to increase operating efficiency and quality. He joined MCS in 2008 and has served as an asset preservation coordinator, data and reporting analyst, training lead, supervisor of operations and manager of operations.

"Dan has always shown a tremendous team spirit and a dedication to excellent client service,” Reaves said. “As our Ruston center continues to grow, he will help ensure we maintain the quality our clients have come to expect.”
