Carrington Mortgage Services expands, names new branch managers

Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, is expanding with the opening of a new branch in Richmond, Virginia. The company named Greg Rojakovick to serve as sales manager of the branch.

A mortgage industry veteran since the 1990s, Rojakovick (pictured above) has extensive experience across all facets of residential lending. He has served as a loan officer, senior underwriter and mortgage manager, in addition to co-owning a mortgage company for nearly 10 years. Prior to joining Carrington, Rojakovick was Virginia mortgage manager for Mariner Finance LLC.

In addition, the Santa Ana, California-based company also named new branch managers. Timothy Hoy will manage the company’s Towson, Maryland, branch and Tyson Rondeau will manage the Scottsdale, Arizona, location.

Tim Hoy CarringtonHoy (pictued left) has more than 13 years of experience in mortgage and finance. Prior to joining Carrington, he served as head of mortgage lending at Mariner Finance, LLC, where he managed all facets of loan production for the regional consumer finance company’s mortgage broker operations. Hoy’s other prior experience includes managing branches for Washington Mutual Finance and First NLC Financial.

Rondeau (pictured below) comes to Carrington with more than 14 years of experience in mortgage and finance. His prior work includes serving as branch manager at The Lending Company, Inc., as well as owning and operating Universal Equity Investments, LLC. Rondeau holds an MBA from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and has been ranked among the top originators in Arizona and the U.S.
