Phoenix Capital named Rodney Schluter senior vice president. Schluter brings more than 22 years of mortgage banking experience to his new role.

Schluter will advise the firm on MSR sales and acquisitions, while also overseeing the valuation of various MSR portfolios.

Most recently, Schluter worked at United Financial, Matrix Bancorp, and MountainView Capital, where he was responsible for the strategic management of MSR portfolios.
