Bob Corcoran, founder of Corcoran Consulting & Coaching, and COO Bubba Mills — along with Verl Workman and Brent Gray, co-founders of Pinnacle Quest Consulting — announced the merger of the two companies this week.

Bob Corcoran will be the CEO of the new company, Verl Workman will be president.

Bubba Mills is the new executive vice president, and Brent Gray is the chief operating officer.

As of now, there are no plans to rename or rebrand. The two firms are simply joining forces.

"We will continue to operate our companies separately under the Corcoran Consulting & Coaching and Pinnacle Quest Consulting names respectively," said Mills in a statement. "Corcoran will continue to focus on the real estate business coaching industry, while Pinnacle will offer its business coaching services to small to Fortune 500 companies nationwide."
