Mortgage lender New American Funding is expanding its presence on the West Coast with the opening of a new office in Anaheim, Calif., the company said in a press release.

The new branch will open on Sept. 12 with a grand opening for the surrounding real estate community.

"With years of experience in the mortgage industry, our goal is to impact our local community with first-time homebuyer programs, and to educate and fulfill their lifelong dream of homeownership,” said Dan Perez, branch manager.
