Safeguard Properties appoints five new management members

Safeguard Properties promoted Amy Nauer to the position of assistant vice president of property preservation and REO operations. In her new role, Nauer will oversee several aspects of Safeguard’s operations, including evictions and utility coordination.

Additionally, Holly Fletcher was promoted to director of client relations and will be responsible for day-to-day management of Safeguard’s clients. Fletcher joined the company in 2003 as a hazard claims specialist.

Brian Gecewich has been with the company since 2007 was promoted to the position of director of field quality control and service quality assurance. In his new role, Gecewich is responsible for Safeguard’s field quality control team and the creation of the SQA group.

Furthermore, Steve Goberish was promoted to director of application development – vendor systems. He will be responsible for all development activities, including business requirements gathering and architecture. Prior to joining the company, Goberish led a team at First American Title Insurance Company

Robert Lewis joins Safeguard’s legal department as an attorney and will be in charge of the company’s litigation management function, focusing on all corporate and business line litigation and claims activity. Previously, he served for more than 10 years as a construction litigation attorney at Thompson Hine.
