MountainView Capital Holdings announced the appointment of Joseph Mevorah as managing director of investment banking.

Previously, Mevorah worked as a managing director for firms such as Houlihan Lokey and Gleacher & Company.

“Clients across our business lines have engaged us for advisory work on mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments, and this work has been delivered by analysts and advisors at various MountainView companies,” said Michael Morgan, CEO of MountainView Capital Holdings.

“Mevorah will be a critical leader and resource to colleagues and clients alike and will help us expand our menu of investment banking services,” he added.
