Investors trying to figure out when the Federal Reserve will reduce its bond-buying program are looking to the riskiest parts of the market, which are booming like before the financial crisis. 

For instance, bonds rated in the lowest category of junk accounted for the biggest percentage of offerings last month since 2011.
