Homeowners facing a potential foreclosure from a tax delinquency may not know about what options are open to them in certain municipalities.

To avoid the risk of foreclosure, the Michigan State Housing Development Authority is working with the faith-based community to reach more borrowers to inform them about the agency’s tax delinquency relief program.
