Associated Materials filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering.

The manufacturer and distributor of exterior residential building products has yet to announce its exchange or its ticker.

The joint bookrunners on the deal are Goldman Sachs (GS),  Barclays (BCS) and UBS Investment Bank.
