[Update 1 clarifies location of homes to be auctioned.] Detroit-based auctioneer Zetabid will auction 155 bank-owned homes in Troy, Mich. later this month. The properties, including single-family and multi-family houses and condos, range in price from $13,000 to $62,000. Most of the properties are located in Battle Creek, Detroit, Flint, Hazel Park, Jackson, Lansing, Muskegon, Saginaw, Westland, Waterford and Ypsilanti. "The Detroit metropolitan area offers everyone from first time-home buyers to investors terrific deals on lower-priced properties," said Zetabid chairman Bob Bellack. "Zetabid is expecting strong interest in this portfolio of bank-owned homes because of the affordability and upside in these properties." The live auction begins 10 a.m. on November 14, but offers may be placed online before the auction.
