HW Conversation: CoreLogic Economist: Loan delinquencies improve, jobs situation presents challenges
Fleming shared these thoughts with HousingWire's Kerri Panchuk at the
2012 REO Expo. During the interview, Fleming noted that housing is
beginning to stabilize with loan delinquencies down. But the labor
market continues to change, making it necessary for today's workforce
to retrain before they can become the type of long-term consumers who
drive sustained housing sales.
