San Antonio home foreclosures decrease

Bexar County foreclosure postings have returned to levels the market hasn't seen since before the housing crisis.
For March, lenders are moving to foreclose on 724 properties, a 36.6 percent drop from the same month last year, according to data from RexReport.com, a San Antonio-based foreclosure tracking firm. The last time levels were that low was in 2006, when 719 properties were listed for foreclosure.
