Dallas skyscraper lands in foreclosure

Lenders made good on their threat to foreclose on a landmark downtown Dallas skyscraper.
The 50-story Thanksgiving Tower sold at foreclosure yesterday on the Dallas courthouse steps.
Berkadia Commercial Mortgage made the foreclosure filing on the tower last month, saying that the owners defaulted on $84 million in debt.
