Homeowners probed for using fake documents to delay foreclosures

A prosecutor in Stanislaus County, California, said his staff is aware of homeowners buying fake documents to delay foreclosure proceedings, according to a report from the SecuringIndustry.com.
The publication cites an article from The Modesto Bee in which a prosecutor says, "It comes to a point where enough is enough. How many breaks can we give these people?"
