Green River Capital (GRC) is a leading real estate company, providing REO asset management, loss mitigation, valuation, collateral review, property management and a full suite of component real estate services. REO Asset Management:

Green River Capital specializes in end to end Asset Management Services. These services are all inclusive and begin immediately after foreclosure sale, and extend through close of escrow and asset liquidation. In collaboration with a nationwide network of brokers, closing and title offices, attorneys, and general contractors, we offer property liquidation expertise.

Single Family Rental Services:

Green River Capital offers a full suite of services that support clients entering the Single Family Rental space as well as fulfilling the needs of experienced institutional investors and lenders of single family rental properties. In developing these services, GRC leveraged its expertise in real estate and capital markets to design a full end-to-end suite of products.

These products include:

  • Valuation: Assess current condition, market value and rental analysis of assets.
  • Collateral Review & Validation: Thorough review and validation of collateral loan files.
  • Surveillance: A robust technology product that allows full visibility into operational and financial aspects of a rental portfolio
