National law firm Dykema hired attorney Luke Sosnicki as senior counsel in Los Angeles this week.

Sosnicki is an experienced litigator with a background in defending banks and mortgage servicers from individual and class-action lawsuits.

He joins the firm from major mortgage servicer Nationstar Mortgage, where he served as vice president and assistant legal counsel.

While at Nationstar, Sosnicki managed hundreds of lawsuits involving allegations of lending violations, originations fraud and loan servicing errors.

Prior to that, he served Aurora Bank as assistant general counsel.
