Trepp: CMBS spreads inch wider, volume remains light

The commercial mortgage-backed securitization market posted low volume and modest spread for traders and investors on Thursday, Trepp said.

Few small bid lists were circulated and spread moves were small. 

Overall, legacy super seniors ended the day about one to two basis points wider.

The GSMS 2007-GG10 A4 bond finished at 136 basis points over swaps, which was one basis point wider on the day.
