Total Mortgage Services is expanding in Fairfield, Conn., with the opening of a new retail branch office.

Joe Bartolomeo and Thomas Bepko will co-manage the new branch office. They are both long-time residents of the city and bring a combined experience of over 35 years. 

In their new role, they will focus on providing mortgage solutions and strengthening relationships with Realtors, accountants and lawyers.

“Total Mortgage is excited to be opening our newest branch office in Fairfield as part of our hyper-local growth strategy,” said John Walsh, president of Total Mortgage.

He added, “Both Thomas and Joe, who are active members of the community, know the Fairfield market extremely well, and can help meet local borrowers’ needs when making a decision to either purchase a new house or refinance an existing one.”
