Total Mortgage Services is expanding to a new office in the same city to accommodate its significant growth, the firm announced. 

The mortgage firm is licensed in 29 states and the District of Columbia and has experienced significant expansion within the past three years, including the launch of two new retail branches. 

“Total Mortgage was started in Milford 16 years ago and we are thrilled to have found a building that meets all of our needs so we can remain part of this special community,” said John Walsh, president of Total Mortgage.  

“In addition, (the new headquarters) will enhance the collaboration of our production, marketing, and operations teams to allow us to continue to deliver best-in-class mortgage solutions and service to borrowers throughout the country,” added Walsh.
