Bexar County foreclosure postings have returned to levels the market hasn’t seen since before the housing crisis.

For March, lenders are moving to foreclose on 724 properties, a 36.6 percent drop from the same month last year, according to data from RexReport.com, a San Antonio-based foreclosure tracking firm. The last time levels were that low was in 2006, when 719 properties were listed for foreclosure.
