Zillow and Century 21 renew marketing partnership

Zillow (Z) and Century 21 Real Estate announced Friday that they will renew their partnership within Zillow’s strategic marketing program.

The two real estate companies began their partnership in 2010, when Century 21 became the first franchisor to participate in Zillow’s advertising platform.

With 34.7 million monthly visitors to its mobile apps and website, Zillow has established itself as the leading real estate information marketplace online.

The partnership allows Century 21 listings to appear on the Yahoo! Zillow network, which includes Zillow.com, Yahoo! Homes and Zillow Mobile. Century 21 agents also will receive preferred marketing benefits.

“Our relationship with Zillow has empowered our agents with a valuable marketing program, providing extraordinary reach and visibility for their listed properties,” said Bev Thorne, chief marketing officer for Century 21.

Agents, buyers and sellers will be able to access current and accurate Century 21 listings with high-resolution photos and detailed descriptions.

“We are very proud of our strong relationship with the Century 21 System, and I’m extremely pleased to extend our marketing partnership,” said Greg Schwartz, chief revenue officer at Zillow. “This is a significant advantage for sellers to reach active and highly-qualified home shoppers who want free and easy access to all the listings in their area.”
