Abdias Lira, a software architect with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, was elected to the Mortgage Bankers Association subsidiary committee, which promotes the guidelines of the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization.

Lira has also been involved with MISMO since 2001, playing a major role in developing the MBA nonprofit’s efforts to streamline its e-document structuring.

Serving on MISMO’s e-mortgage workgroup, organization and marketing subcommittees and architecture workgroup, he will now join the governance committee as well.

Wolters Kluwer has supported Lira’s extensive involvement with MISMO.
