John Dangoia was named executive vice president and chief operating officer for financial risk management and lender-placed insurance services firm OSC.
In his new position, Dangoia will guide the company’s senior management team while working with OSC founder and CEO Larry Overby.
Tracy Carragher, CEO of OSC parent company Breckenridge Insurance Group, said Dangoia will help OSC grow aggressively this year with the expansion of the company’s lender protection product lines and its initiatives within the technology, compliance and financial risk markets.
Prior to joining OSC, Dangoia held positions as lender product executive and chief credit officer for commercial and consumer insurance products at CUNA Mutual Group.
Before he joined CUNA Mutual Group, Dangoia spent more than 20 years with Wells Fargo at a variety of senior roles.
“With his experience John understands the needs of our customer, both large and small,” Carragher said. “Our customers face more and more complex regulatory challenges and lending risks, especially as the housing market continues to strengthen,” she added.
